He addressed a number of topics that contribute to being a good leader,

"Moses O’Connor has been conducting series of sessions on the REAL workshop to the Westpac Retail Management team. I personally learnt a lot from the ideas and principles that are real to me especially on our work as a leader interacting with co-workers, team members, family members and other stakeholders. His presentation was so impressive and ideas shared was so relevant to our work and life outside work. I then invited him to speak at the 2018 Top Executive Conference (TOPEX) as the dinner speaker and he definitely left a mark behind.
